Researchers’ Forum, Department of Commerce, University of Kerala is organizing an Orientation Programme on “Designing and Defending a Research Proposal” on 23rd February 2026. The programme will be conducted in online mode in two sessions: Session 1 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM and Session 2 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

This orientation programme is designed to equip research scholars and aspiring doctoral candidates with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to prepare a well-structured and compelling research proposal. It also aims to provide guidance on effectively presenting and defending research proposals before the doctoral committee with clarity and confidence.

The sessions will be led by distinguished academicians: Dr. S. Kevin, Visiting Professor, Department of Commerce, University of Kerala, and Dr. Gabriel Simon Thattil, Academic Director, Loyola College of Social Sciences, Trivandrum. Their expertise and academic experience are expected to offer valuable insights to participants.
