The formal launch of the conference website and release of the brochure for the 45th All India Accounting Conference and International Seminar on Accounting Education and Research, being hosted at the Department of Commerce, University of Kerala, Karyavattom Campus, Trivandrum, on December 9 and 10, 2023, was conducted in a special event on June 22, 2023, held at the CV Raman Hall, CLIF, University of Kerala. The vibrant event, which fortunately coincided with the fourth and final day of the Heights 2023 Researchers Fest organised by the University of Kerala, was successfully conducted in the presence of esteemed dignitaries Prof. Mohanan Kunnummal, the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of the University of Kerala, Prof. Karamjeet Singh, the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University, Prof. Gabriel Simon Thattil, Professor and Head, the Department of Commerce, University of Kerala, and the Conference Secretary for the 45th All India Accounting Conference, Dr. S Nazeeb and Prof. Gopchandran, Hon’ble Members of the Syndicate and the other eminent faculties. The event was also held online, and Prof. Jasraj Bohra, President, IAA, Prof. Sanjay Bhayani, General Secretary, IAA, Dr. K. Sasikumar, and the other eminent members joined the gathering via online mode. 

The welcome address was delivered by Prof. Gabriel Simon Thattil. The conference brochure release was conducted by Prof. Mohanan Kunnummal, who offered all his best wishes and invaluable support for the successful conduct of the programme. Following the brochure unveiling, the conference website was officially launched by Prof. Karamjeet Singh, who is also the former President of IAA. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Biju T, Associate Professor, the Department of Commerce, University of Kerala, and the organising secretary of the conference.
